No. The Liberty Township Zoning Department will email you the Zoning Certificate upon approval and that is to be taken to the Butler County Building and Zoning Department, located at 130 High Street, Hamilton. The County will then issue a building permit.

Accessory structures must be located no less than ten (10) feet from any property line. Accessory structures must be located behind the rear of the home and must be at least 6 feet from your house.Planning & Zoning

Accessory structures shall not exceed sixteen (16) feet in height on lots of less than five (5) acres. On lots of five (5) acres or more, accessory structures cannot exceed the principal structure in height. (Height is measured to the midpoint of the roof of a pitched roof.)Planning & Zoning
