PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Liberty Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 6 p.m. at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Butler County. Ohio for the following cases described as follows:

ZC26-005: Hen-Jur, LLC is requesting a Major Modification to the Freedom Pointe MU-PUD and Preliminary PUD Plan. The subject properties are located at the southeast corner of Veterans Boulevard and Cox Road, Parcel D2020-338.000-010 & D2020-338.000-018; Section 7, Town 3, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio. After the conclusion of the hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Liberty Township Board of Trustees for its action.
