PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 21 at 6 p.m. at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio, for the following cases described as follows:
ZC25-014: CORE Resources is requesting a Final PUD Plan approval for a Zaxby's drive-thru restaurant on a 1.2305-acre parcel. The subject property is located on the east side of Cox Road and south of Veterans Boulevard, Parcel D2010-009.000-007; Section 7, Town 3, Range 3; Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio.
ZC2025-015: Dilip Bearelly is requesting a Major Modification to the R-PUD and Final PUD Plan to amend the previously approved conditions of approval on a 9.672-acre site. The subject property is located at 7200 Heritage Springs Drive, Parcel D2010-009.000-019; Section 7, Town 3, Range 3; Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio. After the conclusion of the hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Liberty Township Board of Trustees for its action.
D2025-016: KSD Development, LLC is requesting Final PUD Plan approval for flex space condominiums on a 7.6803-acre site. The subject property is located at 5330 Cincinnati Dayton Road; Parcels D2010-016.000-010; D2010-012.000-007; D2020-236.000-042; Section 10 & 16, Town 3, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio.
