Notice of Public Hearing
The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 6 p.m. at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Ohio, 45011. The purpose of the hearing is to consider applications for appeals, variances and/or conditional use approvals under Section 2.5, of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution described as follows:
BZA25-009: David and Jeanene Jones are requesting a Variance under Section 4.12.4(1) and Table 4.12-A of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution for approval to located an accessory structure in the side yard of the subject property. The subject property is located at 6683 Liberty Park Drive, Parcel ID# D2020-169.000-010.
The application may be examined in the Liberty Township Department of Planning & Zoning, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday or sending a request to kchaney@liberty-township.com.
