The Liberty Township Board of Trustees is seeking interested candidates to serve as a full-time member of the Liberty Township Zoning Commission. The Zoning Commission is a Trustee appointed, volunteer board.
The Zoning Commission is responsible for hearing and issuing recommendations on zoning map and text amendment requests and deciding on development plans in Planned Unit Developments and Overlay Districts. The Zoning Commission meets on the third Monday if each month at 6 p.m. All members of the Zoning Commission are appointed to a five-year term.
