NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 9 at 6 p.m. or thereafter, at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Ohio 45011. The purpose of the hearing is to consider applications for appeals, variances, and/or conditional use approvals under Section 2.5, of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution described as follows:
BZA25-010: Terry Cox is requesting a Variance under Section 4.12.4(1) and Table 1.12-A of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution for approval to locate an accessory structure n the front yard on a corner lot. The subject property is located at 7104 Linn Road, Parcel ID# D2010-020.000-031.
BZA25-011: Charles and Ivena Martin are requesting Variances under Section 4.12.4(1) and Table 4.12-A to allow the storage shed to remain in the side yard and Section 4.12.3(2) for a reduce property line setback from the required 10 feet to 6.3 feet from the east property line. The subject property is located at 6659 Liberty Park Drive, Parcel ID# D2020-169.000-012.
