Legal Notice
To lot and land owners and corporations affected by sidewalk improvements to the Four Bridges subdivision that the Board of Township Trustees passed a resolution to authorize the repairs and maintenance of the sidewalks, to assess abutting property owners 100% for the work and to require residents to notify the Township of their intent to perform the work if the homeowner elects to complete the repairs and not have the township complete the repairs. The Liberty Township Board of Trustees has the authority to assess the entire expense of construction, repair, and maintenance of sidewalks to the property owner abutting the construction, repair, or maintenance pursuant to O.R.C. § 5543.10.
This assessment is pending before the Liberty Township Trustees and will be heard by them on April 1, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Liberty Township Administration building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Ohio. The parties affected by such improvement and other persons competent to testify will be given an opportunity to speak at this public hearing.
