Spring is near and with springtime comes a natural increase in nuisance complaints. The Liberty Township Planning & Zoning Department responds to nuisance complaints, including tall grass, weeds, garbage, refuse or other debris in yards, in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 505.87. Complaints may be made by filling out the Resident Complaint Form. Liberty Township operates on a complaint-only basis.
