Liberty Township is currently underway with planning for a new administration facility that will also include the Butler County Sheriff's police substation. The new facility will return to 6400 Princeton Road, where a new building will be constructed to replace the former office location (currently serving as the Township's Meeting Center). The Township's administrative and police substation operated out of the building on Princeton Road from 1995 to August 2015. For the last two years, the Township has been leasing office space at Liberty Centre Drive with plans to build a new facility within four years. Liberty Township has been working with local architecture firm MSA on a township facility master plan. The Township has completed the interior design layout and elevations for the combined administration and police substation facility. Construction anticipated to start the first quarter of 2019 with the goal is to occupy the new building by August 2020. Stay tuned for more updates!
