In 2017, the Township saw the opening of more than 25 new businesses. In addition, about 15 more businesses have announced they will be opening their doors soon in the community. The positive development momentum is expected to continue with the following businesses looking to open or break ground in 2018.
Premier Health - Atrium Medical Center building a 12,000 SF medical office building in the Downtown Bethany area. The facility will house primary care practice, specialty physicians and other health services.
iFLY, an indoor skydiving business, will be building a new location adjacent to Dick's Sporting Goods at Liberty Center. It will be the first Ohio location for iFLY which operates 65 locations worldwide.
Dairy Queen plans to build two restaurants in the community in 2018. One is under construction along Cincinnati-Dayton Road at Wyandot Road, and the second location is planned along Route 4.
A new Kroger Marketplace is expected to be fully under construction at Kyles Station and Route 4 in early 2018.
Liberty Center is anticipating new retail, restaurant and entertainment tenants will be added to the Liberty Center mix in 2018 too.
Woodhouse Day Spa is building its second Cincinnati location along Liberty Way just west of Liberty Center.
