Dudley Woods, established in 1999, 63 acres
Hankins Road (maintained by MetroParks, requires park permit)
Dudley Woods is located on the corner of Hankins and LeSourdsville-West Chester Road, with the entrance on Hankins Road. Dudley Woods opened in 1999. The land was purchased at a reduced price from Jim Dudley with donations from Greg and Sue Amend. This park is managed by Butler County METROPARKS. Primarily used for preserving nature and providing a home for native wildlife hiking and family activities, this 63 acre park encompasses riparian habitat along Gregory Creek and maturing woods. A loop trail is an easy to moderate one mile hike following the creek to the back of the park, before turning and heading back through the woods.
A picnic shelter, grills, and restroom facilities are adjacent to the parking lot.
