ZC16-013: Applicant – Miller Valentine Group is requesting a map amendment from O-1 and O-2 to B-PUD and Preliminary PUD Review for an approximate 89.588 acre parcel located on the east side of Cox Road, north of Liberty Way, Parcel #D2010-009.000-007, Section 7, Town 3, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio.
ZC17-001: Applicant – Liberty Township Board of Trustees is requesting a Map Amendment to the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution to rezone 11 properties in the Township from RA-1, Residential Agricultural District and R-PUD, Residential Planned Unit Development to R-1, Suburban Residence District.
ZC17-002: Applicant – Todd Prewitt is requesting a Minor Modification to the Carriage Hill Section 6 Final PUD Review to reduce the minimum required distance from the right-of-way for the installation of a fence on a corner lot from 40’ (applicable front yard building setback) to 0’ for a variance of 40’ for the property located at 5506 Trail Run Court, Parcel #D2020-305.000-010, Section 32, Town 3, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio.
ZC17-003: Applicant – Paul DeRoussel is requesting Overlay District Review to reduce the minimum required setback from the right-of-way line for a monument sign from 10’ to 4’ for a variance of 6’ for the property located at 6520 Cincinnati Dayton Road, Parcel #D2030-050.000-012, Section 14, Town 3, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio.
ZC17-004: Applicant – Liberty Township Board of Trustees is requesting a Text Amendment to the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution regarding Live Sex Act Businesses and Institutional Care Facilities.
